How does this work?

The first step is redeeming your certificate. You provide us your contact information and pay a $15 redemption fee. You can do this on our website, or by mail to the address listed on the certificate.

Within seven days, you will receive a reservation letter where you will choose your dates of travel, and any other options and details of your vacation. Send this letter back to our travel agency with your room taxes, which are $23.95 for two nights, and they will book your hotel and send you a confirmation letter with your check-in information.

Each certificate is good for up to three vacations per family per 12 month period. You cannot go to Las Vegas twice within a 12-month period.

What dates are available?

There are two options available.

Option 1 is Plan A which you pay only the processing fee and room taxes.

Option 2 is Plan B in which you can travel unrestricted with discounted room rates.

To take advantage of the excellent value of Plan A, choose a Monday-Wednesday check-in date that is at least 60 days in advance, and not within a week of a major holiday. If you want to add nights, discounted rates are available, and there are no restrictions on the dates for the extra nights you purchase.

If you already have a vacation planned and want to use the certificate to travel unrestricted within 60 days, or on a holiday or weekend, you can travel using Plan B. Our travel agency provides on average a 20% discount on regular hotel prices for plan B travelers.

To make a plan B reservation, you must first redeem your certificate and allow 5-7 days for your reservation letter to reach you. You can then book your trip by calling the phone number on the reservation letter, or visiting the website listed. This reservation process generally requires at least two weeks advance notice. If your trip is within this time period, or you need reservations immediately, you should make other arrangements and use your certificate at a later time.

We are happy to redeem your certificate at any time, even beyond the 45-days stated on the certificate.

What is each hotel certificate redeemable for?

Each hotel certificate is redeemable for up to THREE 2-night stays in one of 23 great destinations. No additional purchase is required, and transportation to and from the hotels is up to you. We estimate the average retail value of each hotel stay to be over $200, and up to a $600 value if you use all three vacations. For example you can travel to Palm Springs, Las Vegas and Anaheim within 12 months; however you cannot go to the same city twice in a 12-month period.

If you do not have plans to take three trips, the certificates are transferable, and a friend or family member can also use this. However, each family (address) cannot visit the same city twice in one year

What is my cost to redeem the hotel certificate?

You pay only a small $15 redemption fee when you redeem your certificate and $23.95 to cover room taxes when you send in your reservation letter. That is a 3-day/2-night hotel stay for only only $38.95. You pay absolutely nothing when you travel.

What would I pay for a room without your offer?

Our hotels mid-week advertised rates run from $59-$179 per night for the same rooms you receive.

Do I have to attend any timeshare or sales presentations?

Absolutely not! We do not require any type of sales presentations. You won't even be asked. No tours, no meetings, no business opportunities, or anything similiar. Also, the hotels do not know the difference between you and customers who are paying full price for their rooms.

Can you guarantee that locations will always be avaliable?

We can't promise that every destination will always be available at all times, but it's rare when one isn't. We work with numerous hotels , so that if one ever isn't available, we have a backup.

Why can't I just call a toll-free number to book my room?

In order for this travel agency to operate on its slim profit margin, the agency must control the amount of time used by employees on any single reservation. This saving is passed along to you as part of this offer. For this reason, you must follow the directions on the certificate to complete your redemption.

When should I redeem my certificate?

You must redeem your certificate within 60 days of receipt. Even if you are not sure when you want to travel, you should redeem the certificate and obtain your reservation form. You can then send in your reservation form to the travel agency, if you are unsure of your desired travel dates, you can phone them in to the agency at a later time.

What hotels do you use?

In Las Vegas, we work with major hotel casinos. You don't have to worry about taking a less than superior vacation. On average, people that use our hotel certificates will receive accommodations that they would normally pay $200-$300 for. Some hotels provide mini-suites complete with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

Can I pick the hotel?

I'm sorry, you may not choose the hotel. The travel agency, once receiving your reservation form, finds a hotel in the program that can accommodate the dates requested.
