Q. Are your cards environmentally friendly?
A. Yes! Our cards are made out of recycled paper and soy ink! This means less pollution, waste, chemicals, natural resources, and VOCs are used in the production of our cards.
Q. What is the turn-around time for orders?
A. 16pt cards - Printing 2-4 days, Shipping 2-7 days
Trifecta Cards - Printing 6-8 days, Shipping 2-7 days
Magnet Cards - Printing 4-6 days, Shipping 2-7 days
Die-cut cards - We need 6 orders at a time to print. Printing could be anywhere from 2 days to 2 months.
Q. What should I do if my order is printed incorrectly?
A. Just cross out the misspelling and use a permanent marker to fix it...Just kidding. Give us a call, so we can fix it.
- If the error was due to our mistake, we will get brand new cards out to you free of charge.
- If the error was due to being submitted by the user incorrectly, we'll still help make it right. Call us. Let's figure it out.
Q. How does your money-back guarantee work?
A. It’s simple. If you’re not happy with the quality of your products, contact us, and we’ll try our best to make you love us. If we can’t come to a resolution, then we’re happy to issue a refund.
**If there was a misspelling or incorrect information due to it being submitted incorrectly by the customer, then we cannot give a refund.
Q. Can I write on UV coating?
A. No, you will not be able to write on top of UV coating. If you would like to write on your cards, do not choose to put UV on the side that will be written on.
Q. Do you really donate to Healing Hands on every order?
A. Yes, we donate $1 to Healing Hands on EVERY order.
Q. What makes your cards better?
A. Besides being less expensive, full-color, double-sided, thicker card stock, more options, better designs, and a huge selection....Nothing.
